Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received your product. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.

Return and Exchange Requirements

Products must be in unused condition and retain their original packaging, tags, and all accessories.
Any damage caused by abnormal use, neglect, or error is not eligible for return or exchange.

Return and Exchange Process

Please first contact our customer service team at service@mail.raymutor.com or call 19292546173 to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Please return the item, along with your receipt of purchase and authorization code, to our designated address: Room 1008, Building 1, Zone A, Zhengrong Fortune Center, 1688 Liyuan East Road, Zhenhai Subdistrict, Licheng District, Putian City, Fujian Province.
Shipping: If the return or exchange is due to product quality issues, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs. For other reasons, the shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm that it meets the return criteria, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment account.
