Warranty Claim Process

Warranty Service

Depending on the nature of the problem, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund the product.

In some cases, you may need to ship the product back to our designated address for further inspection: Room 1008, Building 1, Zone A, Zhengrong Fortune Center, 1688 Liyuan East Road, Zhenhai Street, Licheng District, Putian City, Fujian Province, China.

Shipping Costs

If the issue is verified to be covered by warranty, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs for the repair or replacement. If the issue is not covered by warranty, you may be responsible for shipping and other related costs.
